How do I pay for my plan?
Create your account, then choose a plan at the end of setup and pay on the secure payment page with KNET or card. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Plans are prepaid and never renew on their own — renew from your dashboard whenever you like, and any time you have left is kept.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
In most cases no. The POS runs in a browser on hardware you likely already have, and supports common receipt printers and cash drawers. We will confirm your specific setup before you commit.
Can you move my existing menu and customers?
Yes. Bring a spreadsheet of items and we import it, including categories, options and prices. Customer lists and past order history can be migrated too.
Is Arabic fully supported?
Throughout. Storefront, QR menu, POS, receipts and reports are all bilingual with proper right-to-left layout, and customers pick their own language.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Not on standard plans — you pay the subscription and keep your revenue. Payment gateway fees are charged by your provider directly, at whatever rate you have negotiated.

Every plan includes onboarding help and support in Arabic and English.
